- To check on the status of your order, please login to My Account. If you do not have an account, contact our customer service department using the contact form. Please have your order number available. You may cancel an order at any time by contacting us or calling (732)545-0420. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policies below for easy returns.

- We are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not absolutely delighted with your purchase when it arrives, we’re happy to make a return or exchange. Simply contact us at your convenience and we'll send you a return label and schedule a pickup with a local carrier.

If you are not satisfied with an item you received, simply contact us and we'll exchange it or give you a refund. We will accept merchandise returns for all items within 30 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return. - Payment Options

We also accept PayPal for MrIceBucket.com purchases. To make a purchase using PayPal, click on the "Check out with PayPal" button in your shopping cart, or select the PayPal payment option during checkout.
When you make a purchase using PayPal, you will momentarily connect to the PayPal website during checkout. Once you complete your transaction at the PayPal site, you will automatically return to MrIceBucket.com to complete your order. - Privacy & Security
- In order to purchase from MrIceBucket.com ("MIB"), a user must set up an account or purchase as a Guest. When you set up an account, the following personal information will be requested: first and last name, mailing address, shipping address, phone number, email address and a password selected by you (“personal information”). When purchasing as a guest the same personal information will be collected with the exception of a password. The personal information we collect will only be used by Mr. Ice Bucket ("MIB"), or any of their agents or employees, for the purposes of fulfilling orders, tracking your purchasing history, providing a more efficient shopping experience, and for general marketing purposes. Your email and mailing address will be used to confirm your orders and to receive special offers from MIB. We WILL NOT SELL any of your personal information.
